Because of the nature of our services (custom-built systems, automation, paid strategy, and intellectual consulting), we follow a strict no-refund policy.

Please note that the following services are 100% non-refundable once the payment has been made:

  • Website Development

  • Funnel & Landing Page Building

  • Paid Ads Campaign Setup & Management

  • Email & WhatsApp Automation

  • Sales Copywriting

  • Webinar Systems & Launch Strategy

  • Business Consultations

These services involve upfront time investment, planning, and intellectual work which cannot be reversed.

βœ… Exceptions (Only Considered Under Specific Circumstances):

We may consider partial refunds ONLY under the following conditions:

  • Work Not Started Yet – If you cancel the project within 48 hours of payment and before any work has started.

  • Double Payment – If accidental duplicate payments are made.

  • Service Not Delivered As Agreed in Writing – If we fail to deliver the specific written deliverables in the agreed time, and no mutual rescheduling has been done.

In these cases, refund may be initiated within 7 working days after review.

If your project is paused due to your unavailability or lack of communication for more than 14 days, the project will be considered closed.
No refund will be applicable after that. We strongly encourage clients to stay in active communication to get the best results.

Any attempt to issue a chargeback or payment dispute without reaching out to our team for resolution will be considered a breach of agreement, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action and deny further services.
